  Storyboard Scene 1: In this scene, a medium shot is used when the actor is waking up out of his bed after having a strange dream. The location for the sht will be at one of our group mates houses. This shot is used because it shows the entire area that the actor is in and allows us to get the point across to the viewer. We chose to do this for this scene because it brings what the lyrics in the song are into a video format.  Scene 2: During this scene, a close up shot of a girl shows to represent the girl that the actor in the previous scene had a strange dream about. The location for it will be a park to film the parts where it shows the girl that the actor is dreaming about. We chose to do this for this scene so that the reader can understand the person that the main actor is talking about. An example of editing in this scene will be a fade in from scene 1 and fade out into scene 3. Scene 3: A fade in introduces this scene into a medium wide shot of the actor on a paddleboard in hi

  Planning Blog  Props: In our music video we will use props to show meanings of the song to the viewer.. The meaning of the song is a romantic relationship so we will use flowers, messages, and hearts to represent that. We will also use boats and cars to display meaning that certain lyrics in the song have to get that point across.  Costume:  In our commercial, our costumes will resemble ones that were used in other pop music videos. This will include trendy new fashion along with some old retro design to link back with our song. Accessories such as watches, rings, necklaces will all be used during our commercial to link back to the historical parts of the song.  Schedule:  11/11/2021: Our group conducted our research on music videos to give us ideas on  11/15/2021: Our group establishes the props, costumes, schedule, location, and backup plan. 11/19/2021: Our group will create a storyboard that is 1 min and 15 seconds long. 11/23/2021 Our group begins filming the music video 12/4/202

Research  My partner and I decided to choose the song “Break my Stride” by Matthew Wilder as our song choice. Usually in music videos with a similar genre to my song, they all show people moving about doing things such as: dancing, jumping, and singing. Music is used in other music videos to demonstrate the audio for the viewer. In this case it is an upbeat sound. There is not exactly a dress code in the music video but most people are wearing clothes from the 80s.   Genre of the music we chose The genre of the music that our song is part of is pop music This genre of music is known for having a good rhythm, a melody that is catchy, as well as the songs are usually easy to remember and easy to sing along to. Our song is in the pop music genre because the rhythm and waves of sound that the song is   This affects the viewer by allowing them to quickly catch onto a song that gets their interests. Now our next project is a music video that is to be filmed off schoo l property. I chose to work in a group because I do know much more now than in our first project I would still love to have a partner working with me. Working with one other person allowed less confusion between the group. In addition having more people allows for better ideas. Lastly, more people leads to more resources due to their connections. This time I'm in a different group, a group of two, with my friend Aaron. I know Aaron from middle school in the 7th grade and we have been good friends since then. Its better to work with people you know than people you don't. Aaron has always been for technical with him own many different technologies allowing him to learn. Also, he has access to iMovie on apple, which is helpful because its easy and  has many resources. I chose to work with Aaron due to his creative mind and great people skills. Group work allows us to make the workload less and reduce stress. This

     My name is Luke Mehrhoff and I go to Fort Lauderdale High School . I now have more experience in filming with being a director.  I was born on December 17th 2004 in New York. In 2012 I moved from New York to Florida to try to get closer to family and for school. One of my favorite things to do is play soccer and baseball, I love to play center back in soccer. I am a great runner with my fastest mile being six minutes and twenty three seconds. At home I own two tabby cats, one is 5 and the other is 3. Winter is my favorite season due to the fact that it has snow. I really enjoy doing math and learning about many different types of science. I have never broken, fractured, or dislocated a bone. I live with my mother and father along with my older brother. I wear glasses and I do not intend in wearing contacts, but I might get lazar eye surgery. When I graduate high school my plan is to go to collage and study to aerospace engineering. Also, I will try to receive my pilots license and
