Scene 1: In this scene, a medium shot is used when the actor is waking up out of his bed after having a strange dream. The location for the sht will be at one of our group mates houses. This shot is used because it shows the entire area that the actor is in and allows us to get the point across to the viewer. We chose to do this for this scene because it brings what the lyrics in the song are into a video format.

Scene 2: During this scene, a close up shot of a girl shows to represent the girl that the actor in the previous scene had a strange dream about. The location for it will be a park to film the parts where it shows the girl that the actor is dreaming about. We chose to do this for this scene so that the reader can understand the person that the main actor is talking about. An example of editing in this scene will be a fade in from scene 1 and fade out into scene 3.

Scene 3: A fade in introduces this scene into a medium wide shot of the actor on a paddleboard in his pool to represent the ocean. The location of this scene is at a friend's pool in his backyard. The actor will be wearing a bathing suit and shirt to match. We chose this scene because it is what the song is talking about “sailing to China”. Then the screen dissolves.

Scene 4: The next scene after the “dissolve” is a close tracking shot of the male and female actor walking into a laundry room (Two shot), with the female carrying a laundry basket to the room with the boy following. The two actors are wearing casual clothing. The lyrics of the sound are expressed in this scene.

Scene 5: This scene is an over the shoulder shot of the male actor trying to get the female actor while the female actor is trying to get away. The actors will be wearing outdoor clothing while in the grass at a park. The sun will provide natural lighting which is perfect for our outdoor setting. The music in the background (lyrics) allows us to show what the song is talking about.

Scene 6: The two actors then run happily towards the camera, a two shot. A medium long shot is used showing the actors moving towards the camera. They will be wearing the same clothing as in scene 5 and with the same lighting. We chose this scene because the scene is going along with the music

Scene 7: In this scene, the actors will be looking towards the camera with their hands up with the stop symbol to represent how the main actor does not want to be followed. The actors in this scene will be wearing normal casual clothes as they are supposed to be representing people going about their day. There will be a two shot in this scene as the camera will be focused on two people walking towards the camera. We chose to do this for this scene to show the viewer how someone is not that happy with someone else being so close to them in the lyrics of the song.

Scene 8: As the beat and flow of the song changes to a more happy and energetic mood and the actors feel that energy as well and start jumping in joy and moving happily. In this scene there will be a low angle on the actors as they jump in excitement to emphasize the height that they jump. The location of this scene will be at the park as well because it is an open space where we can jump freely without issues of hitting things or other people.

Scene 9: In this scene, one of the actors will spot their girlfriend in the park for away so they start to move towards her. There will be a medium long shot to represent the actors moving and them moving towards her. We chose to do this for this scene because the actors girlfriend will be happy to see him just how it is described in the lyrics of the song.

Scene 10: During this scene, the main actor finally gets to his girlfriend and sees that she was cheating on him and starts telling her “who is this?” and “How could you do this to me?”. There will be a wide shot as it has to have three people in it and they will be expressing  themselves with gestures and movements. We chose to do this for this scene because it shows the sad parts of the song and how the main actor is being affected by it.

Scene 11: In this scene, the main actors girlfriend that was cheating begins to say “nothing is wrong here” and runs away out of fright. During this time the main actor sits down on the ground upset. This will be a medium long shot to show her running away with them still at the same spot not moving. This location will also be shot at the park so the girl actor has a chance to run away easily and the main actor can sit down.

Scene 12: During the final scene of the music video, all of the actors will come together as a group and be happily together. This will be filmed from a low angle to show all of us above the camera. This scene is to represent all of the people that worked on the music video coming together to show the work we all put in it together. This will be filmed on a soccer field to show the landscape in the background to give a good representation of what we worked with.

Each scene will last about 6 seconds each and will have the audio brought in through editing.
